Pawan & Vrunda BatraPawan Batra - a young and dynamic Entrepreneur with roots in New Delhi started his his journey in gastronomy after completion of his Hotel management school in Salzburg. After many years of experience in the Austrian hotel industry he launched Nirvana – The Indian Restaurant in 2006.

With his wife Vrunda Batra on the side, who is also an excellent cook and host, he fulfilled his long yearned dream to present fine Indian food in a stylish and innovative way. Together they have succeeded in presenting authentic Indian cuisine and also devising new

Indian creations with a fine European twist.
